LEEN held a workshop on partner systems strengthening, training, and capacity building, for Plan-International Sudan partners in train and guiding them, in a participatory approach, and review through selfassessment in the areas of governance, management, humanresources, financialmanagement, programming, and project delivery in order to instill process ownership and enable organizational learning and a vision for future development.
